Dr. Abulleil is the architect and primary facilitator of a state-of-the-art group collaborative methodology, enabling clients to efficiently sort through complex decisions. Essentially this approach increases the client's probability of success by revealing the most important elements of complex situations and guiding thorough, "out-of-the-box" direction setting. This

approach has proven its worth at the strategic level in support of creating strategic direction and prioritizing market segments. At the execution level, it has been employed in support of winning large government contracts and in selecting new product ideas for investment.

Dr. Abulleil has created, tested, and evolved this hybrid methodology utilizing techniques embodied in the feature-rich software known as AliahTHINK!™, combined with the professional group-facilitation and consulting skills of an expert staff. Under his guidance, Decision Coaches has maintained an impeccable record, consistently coaching each client to assess, predict and win in the marketplace without exception. The list of delighted Decision Coaches clients include the likes of Raytheon, BAE Systems, ADP, and Lubrizol. In addition, Decision Coaches and Carnegie Mellon University are building a broad relationship in the fields of Breakthrough Products, Systems Management, and Health.

In 1991, Dr. Abulleil founded Aliah, Inc. and developed the AliahTHINK!™ software through empirical testing and exhaustive research. AliahTHINK!™ is a robust platform of integrated tools for Portfolio Analysis, Capture Planning, Mission Prioritization, Strategic Planning, and Identification of Purchasing and Decision Characteristics. It embodies a methodical and disciplined planning process which allows decision makers to include hard and soft criteria utilizing a powerful approach based upon the Analytical Hierarchy Process pioneered by Dr. Thomas Saaty of the Wharton School of Business. Aliah's impressive list of clients included IBM, which deployed over 1,600 software templates for customer listening, as well as Boeing, the US Army, US Steel, BellSouth, Goodyear, PPG, and Deere & Co.

It then became apparent to Dr. Abulleil that the most insightful and powerful results were achieved when an objective coach was involved. In 2001 Dr. Abulleil reengineered the process from a view of the software as a product, to a more holistic focus on the decision coaching service with a firm software foundation as a delivery vehicle. This new business model is becoming particularly popular in aiding contractors win government contracts as part of a process known as Capture Planning. Decision Coaches is busily finishing AliahTHINK!™ 5.0 which delivers a high degree of model flexibility through a web implementation. Dr. Abulleil's vision is that AliahTHINK!™ 5.0 will enable the proper mix of tool and coach to suit a host of client environments. This will permit clients to fully adopt and standardize a model's approach while still benefiting from a coach to the degree and in the form necessary.
